He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roy and Clara Fries Noble; his wife Ethel May White Noble; his daughter Trina Steele; his grandson William Noble; and his brothers, Thomas, Ray and Roy Noble.
He is survived by: his children, William Noble, Jr. of Irwin, Lisa Ocheltree (Harold "Ray") and Ethel Linsenbigler (Ed) of Jeannette; and his sister Sandra. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
