He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bergeron and Lillian McCreery Bergeron; his wife Elsie "Betty" Donaldson Bergeron; his son Jeffrey Bergeron; and his brothers, Ernest, Oliver and Richard Bergeron.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Bergeron (Patricia Richardson) of Pittsburgh, Rev. Beth Bergeron Folkemer (Stephen), Faith Crooks (Jim) of Jeannette and Lisa Cushman (Michael) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Joel Folkemer (Ashlee), Margaret Folkemer-Leonard (Matthew), Nathan Folkemer (Amanda Strauch) and Kathryn Cushman; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Allyson; his brother-in-law Ralph Donaldson (Dolores "Dee") of Latrobe; his nephew Ian Donaldson (Laura); and his great-nephews, Landon and Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
