He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Antoinette Slack, Sr. (Spallone). He is survived by: his children, Tom Slack (Eric Harter) of Jeannette, Michelle Slack of Jeannette, Matthew Stewart and Gretchen Kuhns of Greensburg; and his siblings, Albert Slack, Jr. (Joanne) of Jeannette and Bev Panigal (Bob) of Jeannette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
