She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hajduk and Marie Podkailicki Hajduk; her husband Thomas G. Spore; and her brother Timothy Spore. She is survived by: her children, Susan Loughner (Andrew) of Greensburg and Thomas Spore of Jeannette; her brother Dr. Frederick A. Hajduk of San Jose, CA.; her nephews, Damian Hajduk (Mary Beth) and Craig Hajduk (Jackie); and her great-nephews, Oscar, Alex and Simon Hajduk.
