She was predeceased by: her grandfather Kenneth McDonnell; and her close friends, Rose Thomas and Tim Emeigh Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Lloyd Thomas (Deborah Jo) of Greensburg and Heidi Petty (McDonnell) of Jeannette; her children, Alleina Niree Johnson and Naasir Ali Johnson; the father of her children Justin Johnson; her siblings, Amber Renee Thomas, Nevaeh Serenity-Lyn Petty and Ayonna LaNay Petty; her niece Lakelynn Reighn Thomas; and her grandmother Georgia McDonnell.
