She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wampler and Rose Ann Wampler; her husband Lloyd Merle Rugh; and her daughter Susan Marlene Rugh. She is survived by: her children, Debby Rugh, Lynn Maddolin (Steve), Lloyd "Sonny" Rugh, Keith Rugh (Jenn), Brian Rugh (Audra) and Bill Rugh (Brenda). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; a great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
