She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Hoak and Pauline Hoak (Held); her husband Albert Guy; her sons, Mark and Albert Guy II; and her siblings, Esther Beard, Dolly Wildman, George Hoak and Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Sharie Kratochvil (Phillip) of Jeannette, Jeffery Guy of Jeannette and Heather Wolfe (Matthew) of Ohio; her sisters, Stella Nedley of Greensburg, Judi Maiolie of Braddock, Sharon Elliott (Doug) and Darlene Stanoszek of Jeannette; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Christy, Amber, Summer, Mercedes, Kelsey, Zachary, Camden and Riley. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
