He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smith and Bertha Wells Smith; and his sister Rhonda Johnson of Woodsfield, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Laura Cataldo Smith; his daughters, Jennifer Lubecki (Jim) and Amanda Stanislaw (David) of Hempfield Twp; his grandchildren, Lauryn, Nicholas Lubecki and Brandon Stanislaw; his brother Roger Smith; his mother-in-law Phyllis Cataldo of Jeannette; and his nephews, Jeffrey and Brian Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
