She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Henshaw (Ford) and Robert D. Ardellitz; and her siblings, Phyllis Marie Ludwikowski (Ardellitz) and David Ardellitz. She is survived by: her siblings, Claudia Certain (Mark) of Brighton Co, Joyce Schumaker of Greensburg and Robert Ardellitz (Susan) of Apollo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
