He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Cavicchio and Mary Cavicchio (Kosanavich). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie L. Cavicchio (Lentz); his daughter Jacqueline M. Cavicchio (Mike Erikson) of Tennessee; and his brothers, David S. Cavicchio (Barbara) of South Carolina, Donald N. Cavicchio (Anne) of Philadelphia and James B. Cavicchio (Terry) of Acme. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
