He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lavelle and Ruth Stein Lavelle; and his siblings, Charles Lavelle, Wilbur Wigginton, Elaine Walton, Dolores Wigginton and Shirley Palladino.
He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Lavelle (Kathryn) of Hunker and Stephanie Daugherty (Brad) of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Kilian and Islay Lavelle; and his sister Loretta Gloss (Roy) of North Port, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
