He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moore and Mary Marion Tulloch Moore; and his siblings, Diane Wilhelm of Greensburg, PA, Sheila Glenn of McConnellsburg, PA and Christopher Moore of Spokane, Washington..
He is survived by: his brother Michael (Carol) of Hagerstown, Maryland. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
