He was predeceased by: his parents, Tulio Meneghini and Barbara Meneghini (Vieceli); his grandparents, Josephine and Dominic Vieceli; and his uncle William Paoleschi.
He is survived by: his wife Janine Meneghini (Nassif); his brothers, Michael Meneghini (Cherine) and David Meneghini (Leann); his sons, Matthew Monahan (Jasmine), Jerod Rebich (Danielle) and Adam Mackey (Ashley); his aunts, Charlotte Paoleschi and Audrey Parkman (Paul); his cousins, Michele Paoleschi (Clem), Bill Paoleschi (Vickey) and Marcy Mackin; and his parents-in-law, Georgianna and Robert Nassif. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
