He is survived by: his children, Celeste (Evan) and Travis (Elizabeth); his mother Phylis Levino (Andree); his daughter Lisa Johnson-Pietrusza (Arian); his siblings, Sandra, Philip, Joseph Pietrusza and Machaela; and his grandchildren, Piper, Atlas, Huck and Law. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
