He was predeceased by: his parents, John Curtis and Virginia Grim Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sunder Curtis; his son Jeremiah Allen Lewis (Tiffany Nicholson) of Jeannette; his siblings, John Curtis (Cindy) of Rices Landing, PA. and Karen C. King of Waynesburg, PA.; his nieces, Lisa Garber (John) and Lynn Zalar; and his great-nephews, Tommy Curtis (Alison) and Aaron Curtis (Tiffany). He is also survived by several sisters and brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and loving friends.
