She was predeceased by: her parent Carolus Van; her husband Melzi E. Antonacci; and her brother Joseph Van De Vyver. She is survived by: her parent Josephina De Langhe Van; her children, Edward L. Antonacci (Charlene) of Jeannette, Joseph M. Antonacci (Susan) of New Cumberland and Kim Nolan (John) of Wexford; her grandchildren, Elisa Lapinski (Richard), Rachelle Patel (Nikhil), Theresa Susko (Brian), Amanda Cycak (Edward), Mary Antonacci, Christina Antonacci and John Nolan III; her wife Carling; her great grandchildren, Madison IV, Caitlin IV, Vinay IV, Biren IV, Cara IV, Audrina IV, Ella IV and John IV; and also, Maria Lauer (William), Anna, Maura, Luke, James Nolan, Thomas Antonacci (Sarah) and Julia DiSanti (Nicholas). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
