It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Hoak of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Wilbur W. and Mollie Hoak (Kasparek); her brothers, Maynard "Bud" Hoak and Wayne Hoak; and her nephews, Reno Hoak, Keith Hoak Jr. and Michael Rose.
She is survived by: her brother Keith Hoak Sr. (Georgia); her sisters-in-law, Karen Hoak and Betty Hoak; and her nieces and nephews, Kirk Hoak (Nicole), Wendy Rose, Brent Hoak (Kim), Eric Hoak, Heather Stevenson (Dave) and Clinton Hoak (Julie).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jeannette Assembly of God Benevolent Fund, 246 Pleasant Valley Road Jeannette, PA 15644.
