He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Polsinelli and Elizabeth Masciantonio Polsinelli. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. DeMark Polsinelli; and his sons, Philip Polsinelli (Jean) of Greensburg, John Polsinelli (Robin) of Daytona Beach, Fla. and Perry Polsinelli (Dee Dee) of Canton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
