She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Glenn Welsh and Mary Rebecca Crusan Welsh; and her brother James Welsh. She is survived by: her brother Mark; her sister-in-law Bonnie Welsh of Jeannette; her daughter Jolinda Steiner Smith; and her son-in-law William Everett Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
