She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Brecht and Lorna Brecht (Kemerer). She is survived by: her husband George Kratochvil; her children, Paul Kratochvil (Jennifer) and Tammy Poirier (Scott); her grandchildren, Sarah (Jake), Aidan and Alex (Lindsey); her great grandchildren, Remy and Alina; and her siblings, Chuck Brecht (Denise), Robin Brecht (Darlene), Terry Brecht, Carol Freuhstorfer (Jim), Janice McGivern (Bill), Linda Brecht and Denise Brecht. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc. (201 N 1st St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
