She was predeceased by: her parents, August Kasparek and Pearl Teichman Kasparek; and her husband Bruce L. McPeak. She is survived by: her son Richard McPeak of Jeannette; her grandson Cody Gerardot (Erica) of Melbourne, FL.; her brothers, Robert Kasparek of Arkansas, Fred Kasparek (Suzy) of Jeannette and William Kasparek of Jeannette; and her caregiver Steven P. Harber of Jeannette.
