He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dudik and Betty Jane Kerston Dudik; and his siblings, Kenneth and Patty Jo. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Nola Dudik; his sons, Eric Dudik (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN and Wade Dudik (Lydic) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Noah, Charlotte, Winn and Benz; his siblings, Carol Kolick of White Oak, Jack Dudik (Beverly) of Houston, TX, Linda Mayher (Steve) of Mesa, AZ, Kathy Dudik (Jim Pandochi) of Port Vue and David Dudik (Alise) of Port Vue; and his niece Brittney Carmen (Jerimi) of Liberty Borough. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
