He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Painter and Virginia Painter (Denunzio); his siblings, David, Neil, Gary Painter and Charmaine Brown (Janet Kintigh); and his former wife Judith Painter.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Painter (Homer) of Jeannette; and his sons, Ronald Painter (Denise), Robert Painter (Laura), Richard Painter (Jill), Edward Yorty (Eileen) and Brandon Yorty (Tara). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
