She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Sirnic; her sons, Robert P. Sirnic (Kim Schrim) of Saltsburg and James M. Sirnic (Veronica) of Saltsburg; her grandchildren, Brian Sirnic (Haley), Theresa Israel (Cavin), Maryann and Julia Sirnic; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Caleb Salany; her niece Georgene Falcon (Ken); and her caregivers, Erica and Ashley. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
