She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl S. Neal and Leona V. Neal (Grimm); and her sister Joyce Walston. She is survived by: her children, Erick S. Minto and Tara Gifford (Richard); and her brother Kenneth Neal of Irwin. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild.
