He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Mazur; his children, Vicki Dougherty (Perry) of Gibsonia and Mark Mazur (Chrissy) of Jeannette; and his grandchildren, Avery, Cole and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
