He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Osley and Anna Gubanic Osley; his wife Dixie Dee McChesney Osley; and his brothers, Richard and Eugene Osley.
He is survived by: his brother John P. Osley (Virginia); his sister-in-law Florence Osley; his pet Scamp; and also Janet Baird. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
