He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Byerly and Emma Errett Byerly; his wife Ida May Flemm Byerly; his brothers, William, Richard and Sam Byerly; and his sister-in-law Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Michele McMahan (Scott) of Greensburg, Lawrence Byerly (Chris), William Byerly (Connie) of Jacksonville, FL and Kelly Rowe (Bill) of Greensburg; and his sister LaRue Garrick of Jeannette. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
