He was predeceased by: his parent J. R. of Citizen's Club. He is survived by: his mother Linda Blair O'Malley of Jeannette; his sister Cori Baker-Kent; his nephew Zachary Dreistadt; his uncle Terry Blair (Judy); and his daughter Jessica.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
