She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth L. Anderson; and her husband Arthur R. "Sonny" Smith. She is survived by: her mother Carol Martin (Horne) of Jeannette; her daughter Crystal Cruz (Ben Slater) of Hunker; her grandchildren, Eric Young, Dakota Cruz and Alena Cruz (Richard M. Entinger Jr.); her siblings, Kenneth L. Anderson (Jann) of Virginia, Theresa Burns of Jeannette and Raymond J. Anderson (Debbie) of Florida; and her son-in-law Mario Cruz of Irwin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
