He was predeceased by: his father Albert B. Weston. He is survived by: his mother Patricia May Weston (Fisher); his wife Karen Weston (Ondulich); his children, April Powell (Richard, III), Kenneth Weston, Jr. (Erainna), Kyrie Weston, Nathan Weston, Tyler Weston and Haley Weston; his grandchild Davion Ondulich; and his siblings, Patricia Weston, Brenda Steele (Richard), Tammy Martin (Dale), Ann Marie Weston, Albert Weston, Christopher Weston and Naomi Weston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
