He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Anthony and Charlene Anthony (Eichelberger); and his siblings, Milton, Carl Anthony and Betty Jean Hufhand (Anthony).
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Ann Deithorn (Bernie) and Wendy L Anthony; his granddaughter Reanna Deithorn; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
