Kathryn B. Gustafson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn B. Gustafson (Jeannette, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brecht and Kathryn Brecht (Hines); her husband Thomas E. Gustafson; her daughter Karen Gustafson; her granddaughter Sara Gustafson; and her siblings, Jack Brecht and Ellen Seanor.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas H. Gustafson (Gwen), Beach, Gary Gustafson (Renee), Patricia Dellinger (Kevin Wells) of Greensburg and Kathryn Mintz (David) of Monroeville; her grandchildren, Taylor (Sarah), Lindsey, Lauren (Dominic), Gabby (Nick), Thomas, Nathaniel and Alexandra (Jon); and her brother Joseph Brecht (Betsy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home, Inc. (201 N 1st St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (1011 Mt Pleasant Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude or Folds of Honor.
