It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph G. Butler of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph G. Butler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Butler and Veronica Butler (Wolfe); his wife Darla Butler (Weightman); and his siblings, Edward, Thomas, Charles Butler, Mildred Wilson, Joan Gibson, Agnes Butler, Marie Richardson and Margaret Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Butler (Laura) and Jane Elliott (Tom); his grandchildren, Jill Bunell (Patrick), Justin Elliott (Katy), Kaitlin Galleher (Mike), Andrew Butler (Vicki) and Eric Butler (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Bella, Nolan, Eliana, Brooks, Lily, Kole and Joey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Westmoreland County Food Bank.
