He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso Madonna (Frank) and Pasqua Madonna (Mastroppolito); and his sisters, Mary (Madonna), Rose (Angelo E.) and America.

He is survived by: his nieces, Patrice (Madonna), DeLorenzo (Gary), Dr. Mary Jane Madonna, Angela (Rose), Brien (Tom), Donna (Rose) and Demilio (Dave); and his nephew Dr. Frank Madonna (Amy). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and even great-great nieces and nephews.
