He is survived by: his mother Susan Laansma Pollins; his wife Heather Lynn Humphrey Pollins; his sons, John William Pollins V and Frank Dean Pollins; his sisters, Suzanne Pollins MacLennan (Andrew) and Christina Elise Pollins; and his nieces, Kayla Anne MacLennan (Oliver Rubens), Megan Parry MacLennan and Ella Mae Maude Shackelford.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 4:30 PM at 272 Pollins Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601.
