He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B Meadows Sr. and Lavinia Meadows; his grandmother Leona Chadwick; and his brother Michael A Meadows. He is survived by: his siblings, Laura A Meadows of Pittsburgh, Leona Walker of Harper's Woods, Michigan, Mary Fearbry of Pittsburgh, Susan Meadows of Summerville, Lavinia Meadows of Summerville, Edna L Meadows of Pittsburgh, Harry B Meadows Jr. of Hempfield Township, William Archie Meadows of Jeannette and Russell Meadows (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
