He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hayden and Ruth Hayden (Snyder); his son Chad Hayden; and his siblings, Robert, Roger Hayden and Ruth Ann Hoadwonic.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Forsyth Hayden; his children, Nathaniel Hayden (Rachael) of Jeannette, Olivia Hayden of Jeannette and Whitney Hayden (Frank Nania) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Danika Burns and Ozzy Nania; and his siblings, William, Ralph, Wayne (Regina), Michael (Linda), Gloria Rytel (Ed), Janice Petrosky (Carl), Rebecca Carl (John), Vickie Hayden, Gail Shaw and Michelle Stout (Craig). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home, Inc. (228 North Dr, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
