He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Ruth Phillips and Antonio Macias; and his sister Rachel Macias. He is survived by: his parents, Juan Macias (Tammy) and Lynn Phillips (Gregory Tafelski); his siblings, Megan Macias of Jeannette and Juan Macias Jr. (Kristi) of Jeannette; his stepbrothers, Seth Miller (Samantha) of Saltsburg and Logan Miller of Jeannette; his grandmother Jo; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Isabella, Lili, Xavier and Landyn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
