He was predeceased by: his parent James; his wife Tammy Jo Neidigh Winters; and his siblings, Viola Winters, Sheila Davis and David Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Winters of Jeannette and Tina Winters; his grandchildren, Tyriq Winters, Alana Winters and Daveon Plummer; and his siblings, Nathaniel "Singy" Winters (Cathy) of Latrobe, Ronald Davis and Roxanne Winters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
