He is survived by: his mother Jessie Mae Ruoff; his daughters, Megan, Ashley and Ryleigh Kovacs; his siblings, Patrick Kovacs (Krystle) and Heather Kovacs (Joshua Graf); and his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn and Christopher Kovacs.
