He is survived by: his wife Marlene Elizabeth Wallace Fullem; his sister Linda Marie Nicholson of Louisiana; his caregivers, James (Susan) and Gerald Wallace (Betty) of Uniontown; and his nephew Daniel Wallace of Uniontown.
