With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James D. Peters of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Peters and Mary Salvatore Rinaldi Peters; and his brothers, Arthur, Anthony and Louis Rinaldi.

He is survived by: his wife Christina Vogel Peters; his daughter Monica Peters of Jeannette; and his sister-in-law Bea Rinaldi of Blairsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
