George Myers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Myers of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Myers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Myers and Martha V. Hull; his sister Irva Mains; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Shaw and George Mayberry.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Myers (Dornin); his daughter Amy Trow; his son-in-law Eric Trow of North Huntingdon; his daughter Erin Myers (Rodney Baldassarre) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Alaina Mastrippolito of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Heather, Michael Shurina of Hampton, Parker Trow and Kathryn Levy of Pittsburgh; his great grandchildren, Mickey and Ozzy Shurina; his sisters, Virginia Mayberry of Chesapeake, VA, Janet Wurzell (Jim) of Trafford and Linda Stafford (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Bill Mains of Jeannette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For protection of all attending, the family is requesting that guests wear masks while inside the building.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Laurel Region, Special Olympics Pennsylvania or another organization of your choice that provides support and encouragement to kids.
