He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Hudock Sr. and Mildred Hudock (Fink); and his sister Debby Loughner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Hudock (Salamone); his children, Kelly Miceli (Rob), Keith Hudock (Katie), Ron Kottelich, Tony Kottelich (Stephanie) and Tricia Worley; his grandchildren, Chaz, Joey Miceli, Nathan, Garrett, Kenzie Hudock, Mikaela, Noah, Jonah Kottelich, Abigal and Chelsea Worley; his sister Patricia "Patty" Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, Sheri and Mike Rolain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
