George Ciampa Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Ciampa of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciampa and Edith Ciampa (Caviggia); his wife Yole Giacometti Ciampa; and his siblings, Joseph Ciampa, Betty Jusiak and Josephine Naeyaert.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Ciampa (Loretta) of Jeannette, Georgine Hallam of Greensburg, Denise Adams (Dave) of Clearwater, FL. and Kenneth Meservey (Jan) of Brandon, FL.; and his caregiver Jen Smith. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. Chapel (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
