He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scopa and Mary D'Emilio Scopa; his wife Helen Rogers Scopa; and his sister Genevieve Lepidi. He is survived by: his children, David E. Scopa of Mt. Lebanon, Susan Scopa of Jeannette and Linda Scopa of Hannastown; his granddaughter Andrea Shannon (Cody) of Moon Twp; and his great grandchild Presleigh Shannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
