He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Theresa (Ferra); and his siblings, John J. Panigal, Sr. and Mary Dobek (Gisela Elsa). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Panigal of Jeannette and Frank B. Panigal (Barbara) of Jeannette; his grandchildren, Matthew Panigal (Brittany) and Nicole Barnhart (Brad); his great grandchildren, Elliana, Sienna, Julian, Isabella, Vivian and Genevieve; and his sister Josephine Chick of Penn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
