He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Faulk and Sophia Faulk (Marhefka); and his sisters, Julia Martz and Anna DeMarchis. He is survived by: his wife Frances Faulk (Jupena); his children, Karen Morris (Jody), Barbara Schiff, Lori Cam (Kenny) and Frank Faulk (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jody Morris (Bernadette), Jared Morris (Holly), Julie Flannery (Michael), Adrienne Jarvie (DJ), Michael, Sarah Schiff, Anthony and Jordan Faulk; and his great grandchildren, Robbie, Alex, Ally Morris and Caden Ontko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
