He was predeceased by: his father Chester Dopkowski. He is survived by: his mother Betty Dopkowski (Smith); his wife Jonna of Jeannette; his daughters, Janelle Dopkowski (Patrick) of Trafford and Jessica Dopkowski (Branden) of Dawson; his siblings, Suzan Frye of Jeannette, Bob of Jeannette, Jim Dopkowski of Jeannette, Mary of Jeannette, Sonny Dopkowski and Judy of Arona; his mother-in-law Margaret Lee of Trafford; and his sister-in-law Dodie Moore of Trafford.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to All But Furgotten Animal Rescue 70 Carpenter Lane, Irwin PA 15642 as Frank loved his dogs.
